We spent 3 nights and had a great experience. I strongly recommend it. This is a very cool quirky little hotel in a great location. It's close to a lot of interesting areas. One thing we really enjoyed was the windows having wooden panels that you can close to block almost all light. It was fantastic. With the windows closed and the aircon going, we have great sleep. I have to mention Mel at reception. The man is very friendly, eager to help, and a delight to chat with. We stopped by Dami Bistro down the street every morning for coffee and pastries for breakfast. That place is a gem. One thing I would say is that the shower in our room would have been too small for a larger person. I don't know if that is the same for showers in all rooms. I'm of average height and build and it was OK. Also, bring earplugs if you want to go to bed early. The street is full of restaurants with outdoor seating and there's a lot of boisterous conversation as well as people playing musical instruments for the tourists.

Excellent two-star hotel in the middle of the city centre, close to Piazza di Spagna. We were on a study trip with 15 teenagers (aged 18) who were accommodated in multiple rooms (3-4 beds). The staff is very kind and understanding. Anda is very helpful with everything. The price is great for this area. They allowed us to have breakfast in a bar (Bar dell’Angelo), located below the hotel: 5 € per person (hot drink, Italian croissant and a juice). It was just perfect. We will come back.

The location is superb — a few minutes from Spanish Steps. So I felt very safe coming to the hotel in the evening as a solo traveler. The street is busy with lots of restaurants and shops so there are always people there. There are some grocery stores nearby also. The room was okay, but my windows looked directly at the next wall so it was very dark all the time. I guess I just had the cheapest room.. The room itself was quite nice. Small but I stayed in smaller rooms in Rome 😅 The bathroom was clean with a few packs of soap and shower gel. They made up the room every day and changed the towels regularly. It was clean though I noticed a few ants. The AC worked well! You don’t meet the receptionist every time you enter and it feels like you rent an apartment or something. You have the keys from the front and floor door. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel but ask for a better view I guess.

The room was small but the beds were comfortable. This is a very good option if you just need a place to lay your head. Our room had a small upstairs with a single bed, which was perfect for my mother-in-law. The double bed on the main floor was firm but comfortable for us. Some street noise below, but nothing a good pair of earplugs cannot handle. The room was clean and everything worked. The shower had good water pressure and the sink area had plenty of space to organize toiletries. The appeal is the location. Everything we wanted to see was in walking distance, including the Vatican (30 minutes), and the neighborhood is safe and has lots of enticing dining options and a Carrefour market. I recommend asking the staff for dining recommendations, as the quality of the many restaurants varies. We had a bad experience at the restaurant immediately adjacent to the hotel, and our receptionist gave me good advice on how to get my 17 Euros reimbursed for a miscellaneous charge on the bill that I was told was a tax (it wasn't). I got the money back and the next evening we went to a restaurant suggested by the same receptionist and had a wonderful meal at a reasonable price without any deceptions or hassles.
